Wordpress Affords Lots of Paid Themes That you can Use To Customise Your Website / Blog And Also Blogger Offers this .
Wordpress Offer Plugins and Blogger doesnt have these tools that are Very important for every Admin !
Blogger is Totally Secured and Can not Be Hacked because it's Working on Google Servers , But wordpress Can Be Hacked And Can Be Attacked .
So , Blogger is More Safe Than Wordpress But WP is More Customisable and Pretty Than Blogger !
